Replacement, return, and warranty

Exchange and return

substitution:

The replacement request must be made within 72 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be in its original condition and unused.
The customer must pay the difference between the product to be replaced and the product if it is more expensive.
The store has the right to inspect the product to ensure its safety.

Retrieval:

The return request must be made within 72 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be in its original condition and unused (a product that is personal to use, such as a laser device, cannot be returned).
The store has the right to inspect the product to ensure its safety.
The money will be transferred within 5 to 14 business days.
The customer bears the full shipping fees (round trip) even if shipping is free when exchanging or returning, and it amounts to 29 riyals.
Different fees apply outside of Saudi Arabia depending on the weight of the shipment.

Exceptions not covered by the exchange or return policy:

Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.
Opening the original device packaging, using it, or wishing to return it for any reason other than a defect.
In case of replacement, a fee of 35 riyals will be charged.

Warranty

General guarantee:

The store includes all products for a full two years.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover breakage or misuse.
The store will cover all shipping fees to and from the customer if the product is under warranty.
The warranty includes replacement if the warranty conditions are met.

Golden Guarantee Policy

Follow the instructions and guidance of the laser expert.
4-5 sessions completed.
A photo (flash photography) is uploaded to management and reviewed, and then the client is given a response based on its compliance with the conditions.
If the number of compatible flashes is within (495000) and matches the month of return, the return is accepted.
