The customer has the right to exchange or return according to the following conditions: -
substitution:-
- The replacement request must be made within 72 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be in its original condition and has not been used.
- The customer must pay the difference between the product to be replaced if it is more expensive.
- The store has the right to inspect the product to ensure its safety.
Return:-
- The return request must be made within 72 hours of receiving the request.
- The product must be in its original condition and has not been used (it is prohibited to return the Malay Laser due to the nature of the product and that it is for personal use only)
- The store has the right to inspect the product to ensure its safety.
- The amount is transferred within 5 to 14 working days.
- The customer bears the full shipping fees back and forth for return or exchange, even if the shipping is free and the shipping value is 28 for one way and 28 for return (in Saudi Arabia). If outside Saudi Arabia, different fees apply depending on the weight of the shipment.
In the event that the order is canceled or returned, the amount paid will be refunded, discounted according to the payment gateway used to impose these fees, which are explained as follows:
- Range 1% + 0.75 riyals
- Visa 2.2% + 0.75 riyals
- Tabby 6.99% + 1 riyal
- Tamara 6.99% + 1.5 riyals
Exceptions not covered by the return or exchange policy:
- Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.
- Using the device or opening it from its original packaging and wanting to return it for any reason.
In case of replacement:
- A fee of 35 riyals is paid for replacement
